Shared Writing: A Tool for Positive Self Reflection
In a world of constant doing, give yourself time to slow down. Join in a small group to explore the use of writing as a tool for reflection. We will use poetry and prompts to write from and cultivate curiosity about our own thinking. This strength based experience will leave you celebrating and noticing what is working for you in your life. This isn't for improving your writing skills or trying to write a book, it is about enjoying the creative in each of us.
