Carolyn has spent her 25-year career strategically building story- and game-driven learning experiences to change employee attitudes, beliefs and/or behaviors. Mid-career, a degree in Transformative Language Arts sent her life, and work, in a deeper direction. Today, she works with “awakening” populations, and the professionals who serve them, creating learning experiences that support personal change as a catalyst for social change.
